Create your account

1. 1Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, email and a password, or choose Continue with Google.
2. 2Choose your portal address. It becomes your link, for example coachevaos.com/your-name, so pick something short you're happy to share.
3. 3Pick your coaching niche, the country you bill from, the currency you charge clients in and your time zone. You can change all of these later under Profile.

Your free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required (30 days if another coach invited you). If you chose a plan on the pricing page before signing up, the trial uses that plan's client limit so you can test it properly.

When the trial ends without a plan, nothing is deleted: you can still view everything, but adding or editing data is paused until you choose a plan on the Billing page.

Follow the Getting started checklist

Your dashboard shows a Getting started checklist: complete your public profile, create a program or package, add or import your first client, share their portal link, message a client, connect your calendar, create a form and share a document. Each item links straight to the right page, and you can dismiss the guide once you're set up.
