Add or import clients

Add one client

1. 1Open Clients and click Add client.
2. 2Enter their name and email. Add a phone number with the country code (for example +91 or +44) if you want to send WhatsApp reminders.
3. 3Optionally choose a program and write their goal, then click Add client.
4. 4The client shows as Invite pending until they join. Send their personal invite link from their profile, by copying it or with Send invite on WhatsApp.

Import existing clients

1. 1Open Clients and click Import clients.
2. 2Choose a CSV or Excel file of your current clients.
3. 3Check the suggested mapping of columns to fields (name, email, phone and so on) and fix anything that's wrong.
4. 4Confirm. Clients are created only after you confirm, and no invite emails are sent automatically.

Client limits

Each plan includes a number of active clients. If you reach the limit, adding, importing or reactivating a client asks you to upgrade. Paused and churned clients don't count towards it.
