Send WhatsApp reminders in one tap

Updated

WhatsApp buttons open a chat with your reminder already written; you check it and tap Send. No WhatsApp Business account or API is needed.

How it works

CoachevaOS uses WhatsApp's own click-to-chat links. Tapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (the app on your phone, or WhatsApp Web on a computer) with the message filled in for that client. Nothing is sent until you tap Send, and messages go from your own number.

The client needs a phone number on file. Numbers with a country code (+91, +44 and so on) always work; a local number uses the country set in your Profile.

Today's reminders

The Reminders button at the top of the app lists who to message today: sessions still to come, invoices due soon or overdue, clients who haven't checked in for a week and leads waiting for a reply. Each one has a WhatsApp button, and sent ones are ticked off for the day.

Edit the wording

  1. 1Open Profile and find WhatsApp reminder messages.
  2. 2Pick a message type (session, payment, check-in or lead) and edit the text. Insert placeholders such as {first_name}, {session_time} or {amount}; they're filled in for each client.
  3. 3Check the preview and save. If a value isn't known for a client, the reminder falls back to wording that doesn't need it.
